We're back with a new Mighty Fan Feature! This month, hailing from Barcelona, Spain is Andres. Sharing some really creative shots of his Freeny's Hidden Dissectibles: SpongeBob SquarePants (Classic Edition) collection on Instagram, we couldn't pass on the chance to get to know him a little better.

How long have you been collecting for?
I have been collecting figures for more than 10 years.
How many Mighty Jaxx pieces do you have in your collection? Which is your favourite?
I have 12 pieces, my favorite is Plankton from the Freeny's Hidden Dissectibles: SpongeBob SquarePants (Classic Edition). I love the shape of the toy and the paint and print work is amazing. He is a character who cannot get what he wants but he does not give up. I feel like this is me too.
Which Mighty Jaxx piece do you consider your holy grail?
SpongeBob because it was a big part of my life, especially my adolescent years. My friends also used to call me SpongeBob ;)
How do you curate your collection?
I pick pieces base on how similar they look to the actual character. Equally important is the quality of the finish, no sloppy paintwork or printing please!
What makes a piece a "must have" for you?
It depends on the color scheme, its complexity and perfection of its shape and how it is expressed through the figure.
Which Mighty Jaxx piece are you looking forward to most?
The figures from the One Piece collection. I want them!
Tell us your Mighty Jaxx story!
I came across the brand here in a store in Barcelona. There were several XXRAY Justice League figures that piqued my interest. I liked the quality of the figures and it made me look into the brand more.
I would love to own one of the larger figures from Mighty Jaxx, but will all that is going on in the world with COVID-19 and the economy, I will have to wait. Until then, I'll keep following and eyeing Mighty Jaxx pieces on social media!
