What is your Return & Refund Policy?

1) We always make sure all our products are in good condition before packing.

2) Goods sold are not refundable unless you received an incorrect item(s) or any factory defected item(s), otherwise it will not be accepted for return.

3) Please note that term of "incorrect item" does not include subjective reasons such as not up to expectation and changing mind. However, if the item(s) is has a defect, customer can look for exchange within 3 days from the date of received with us by email. Any late response will not be entertained. We will track the date you received your order. Please provide photos and describe the damage in email. 

4) The shipping fee charged only for one time shipment. Mighty Jaxx shall not be liable for next shipment charges due to wrong information provided by customer or re-delivery after customer is unavailable to take delivery in the first delivery.

5) I bought a Mighty Jaxx product from a third-party and it’s damaged, can you help me? If you need help with a Mighty Jaxx product that you did not purchase from our online store, please contact the retailer directly that you purchased it from.
